  • Mood: Passionate
  • Listening to: The ringing in my ears
  • Reading: they still make books?
  • Watching: The news and shaking my head.
  • Playing: The new Black Crowes
  • Eating: Butter beans, pork roast, mashed potatoes.
  • Drinking: A cold beer. (I wish... I'm sick)
The attention I get here is just grand. I came looking for a place to post some prints and test the waters. I have been very pleased with the responses to my work. I am still in the middle of a pile of old negatives trying to find what I want to scan and play with. Thank you all tons for the kind words. The features on DA have given me the pick me up I needed to get off my lazy butt and get some work done.

I am happy to say that I am getting the final touches put on a photo shoot that I have been working on for a long long time. I have a few "dream" locations and "ideas" that I have scribbled down on little note pads here and there....and I have something coming up in the next two weeks that will be over the top fun. Can't wait to shoot it and to share.

I'm not feeling so perky tonight, so I'll leave you with a hardy ...PEACE........

Thanks for your words.

I'm trying to scan some old work....get some new work done.....then get it on here so I can see how they go over, so I can someday have a show. I live in a conservative area and I have never had a public/walking around the gallery type of show.

Soon, I'l be asking folks to give me thoughts on what to include in the show.

Hang on..... There's more to come. I'm old school, moving from film to digital. Scanning old negatives now. I'm looking at a mountain of negatives right this minute. This may take some time, since I'm having to learn Photoshop as I go.
